Items showing signs of wear, damage, or missing tags are not eligible for a refund.

Important Information

Personalized Items: Custom jerseys cannot be returned unless they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Team Changes: We do not accept returns due to player transfers, number changes, or badge updates after printing.

Shipping Fees: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Lost Returns: SoccerdealShop is not responsible for lost return shipments. We recommend using insured, trackable shipping.
