Jersey Customization

At Soccerdealshop, we offer a wide range of customization options so you can personalize your jersey with your favorite player's name, number, and official league or cup badges. Read below for details on how it works, how long it takes, and what to expect.

Can I add a name and number to my jersey?

Yes! For an additional fee, most of our jerseys and kits can be customized with:

• Player or personal names

• Jersey numbers
• League Patch or Competition Badge (where available)

All customizations are applied using professional-grade heat transfer, not embroidery or stitching.

To customize your jersey, simply click the "Add yours" or "Choose a player" button on the product page. Then enter your desired name and number in the fields provided. Please note:

Only English letters (A–Z) and numbers (0–99) are supported

Names are automatically capitalized

We cannot accept special characters, emojis, or excessively long names

Jerseys that already feature printed names/numbers cannot be altered

How much does customization cost?

Customization prices vary depending on the item and the selected options. The exact cost will be displayed on the product page when you select your preferred customization features.

How long does customization take?

Customized jerseys typically require 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. During peak periods or for high-demand items, this timeframe may be extended slightly. We do stock many popular player jerseys in advance to help speed up fulfillment.

Note: Your entire order will ship together once the customized item is ready. We'll notify you if any unexpected delays occur.

Can I return or exchange a customized jersey?

Unfortunately, customized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason other than manufacturing defects.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect customized item, we will remake and resend the exact same item at no extra charge.

What if my customized jersey doesn't fit?

We strongly recommend reviewing our Size Guide before placing your order. Because customized jerseys are made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges due to sizing issues.

Why can't I find the customization options for the jersey I want?

If a product page does not show the "CUSTOMIZE" option, it means the item cannot be customized.

Do you offer team customization or bulk orders?
